On 25 March 2004 the Hon. Rob Hulls MP, Minister for Industrial Relations, announced the independent inquiry into pay equity in Victoria. Working with Meg Smith from the University of New South Wales, URCOT led the research for the Inquiry which was overseen by a working party of employer, union and government representatives. view
