• Commissioned research projects:

  • Evaluation of The Bullying Guidance Note for The Victorian WorkCover Authority.
  • Identification of good practice models to reduce violence against women in the workplace for the Office of Women’s Policy.
  • Identification of ‘best practice’ in development and delivery of employment services to Disadvantaged Jobseekers Project for the Department of Victorian Communities.

• Organisational development projects:
• Strategic planning for the public dental sector.
• Organisational analysis of the Health and Community Sector Union.
• Development of a framework for leadership capability for AMCOR paper.
